I try hard to imagine what you would look like now, but I can't. In my mind you will always be my beautiful baby girl that was taken far too soon. I don't know where the time has gone. Sometimes it can feel like yesterday when I last held you in my arms and yet so much has changed since I had you in my life. Its difficult because I try to see today as a celebration of your life. Your life which was much too short, yet so, so precious. If it hadn't of been for this day 7 years ago, then I wouldn't have had the chance to have you and to love you and for that I will always be grateful. You gave me so much in your short time with me. Its just hard to think of all the milestones I will never see you reach. Hard to accept that I never got the chance to watch you grow and never will. Like every year we went up to the cemetery this morning and brought your flowers and sent some balloons up to Heaven for you. I know you will be watching over us always and within my heart your memory will never be forgotten. I love you and miss you so much Lucy. You were and always will be my baby girl and no matter how many years will pass me by I will always remember the gift that was you. I feel so honoured to have been your Mummy. I will love you always my baby girl.
